On my trip to Atlanta this September, I visited one of my favorite vegan restaurants, Planta. Planta Atlanta opened up at the end of June, so I was excited to see the new location. There is a special roll on the September menu called the “Dynamite Roll” which contains spinach gomae, sweet potato tempura, cucumber, sesame, coconut, and gochujang mayo. I also ordered the Chik’n & Waffle, which is made with crispy mushrooms, cornbread waffles, scallions, and hot agave. These dishes were my absolute favorite, and I would rate them a 10 out of 10.
